Fiery Fruit
Smoothies: In a blender, mix any
or all of the following fresh - no cans -
fruits with vanilla yogurt, ice, and some apple juice.
Pineapple, banana, peach, nectarine, berries (blue, straw, rasp,
black ...).
Then add about a tablespoon or two of Peach Ginger Habanero Sauce.

XXX Mac & Cheese. That's right, add our XXX sauce to your Mac and Cheese. Also try adding 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 2T diced onion, 1 green Chile, and 1 can tuna.
Peachy Ginger Snaps: Yum Yum! Top your Ginger Snap Cookies with a dollop of this sauce. Even place this over Vanilla Ice cream.
Peachy Chip Dip: Simply add a table spoon of Peach Habanero sauce to your favorite chip dip or sour cream, and BAM you have an enhanced custom dip. Try it!

Wake me up Sunshine: Use Peach Ginger Habanero as a topping on scrambled eggs, in a custom omelet, or on poached eggs. Amount of sauce used varies with desired heat level.
Balsamic Eastern Salad. Create your favorite salad. Whether it be a mixed field greens with garden veggies, or a fresh spinach salad with cherry tomatoes. Mix 2 Tablespoons of Peach Ginger Habanero and a 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar. Toss or drizzle to flavor.
Cousin Dan's Southern Habanero Shrimp. This amazing recipe came from deep southern tip of the Plantation lands in Florida. Take fresh jumbo shrimp, peel and de-vein . Give those shrimp a generous coating of Peach Habanero Pepper Sauce. Marinade at least an hour, but Cousin Dan lets his shrimp sit till the Dogs come home. (all day) Spark-up the BBQ and grill away!!!! YUM . Serve with fried plantains, and grilled Veggies marinated in Rancho Ancho.
Sweet and Spicy Mashed Yams. For two people, take two yams and bake them off. (you can use any style sweet potato) Be careful when taking them out, there darn HOT! You can then either peel them or leave the skins on. Place in a bowl and add 1 TBL. spoon of butter/margarine, 2-4 TBL spoons of Peach-Ginger Habanero Sauce (Depending on how spicy you would like it.) MASH AWAY!! Optional...You can them add a splash of Spiced Rum(1/2oz) and 1oz pineapple juice. YUM. Serve with St. John Fired King Fish.
Matt Gifford's Recipe. Sauté
a palm full of diced tomato and a pinch of chopped garlic in
clarified butter. Add 1/4 cup heavy cream and 3T coconut
milk...bring to
boil and thicken...add 1 banana (sliced 1/4")and 1T Peach
Ginger Habanero
sauce...bring to boil...remove from heat...toss with large
handful of cooked
fettuccine. garnish with candied ginger and toasted coconut.
Makes a great side dish or appetizer. Add scallop or shrimp for
main entree.
Peach Ginger Stir-fry. Try stir-frying your favorite veggie and or meat, then adding the XXX. Serve with rice or noodles to make this a complete meal.
Fire and Ice. One cup of Vanilla ice cream and one tablespoon of Peach Ginger Habanero. Yin and Yang! Fiery feeling of the XXX and the cooling of the Ice Cream, along with the flavors of ginger, sweet fruits, and vanilla. A must try.
Peach Ginger Yogurt. Yes. One small container of vanilla, peach, coconut or your favorite flavor, and add a tablespoon. You can also do the same with cottage cheese. Serve as a dessert or along with dinner or lunch.

sure to use Vermont Cheddar.
Peach-ginger Guacamole. My guacc is made with just ripe avocados, garlic, my own salsa which is hot, and about 5 tablespoons of PGHS. You can adjust that part to your own taste. But we love it just this way, it is cosmic!!! Lyla
Grilled Peach Ginger Pork. Marinade you favorite cut of Swine (center cut loin) for at lease 1 hour. Cook on the grill, sauté, or broil. Very Tasty!
Drunken Boar: Marinade a nice cut of pork or wild boar. 1 pound meat, ½ bottle of apricot or Magic Hat #9 beer , ¼ cup XXX sauce. Salt and pepper. Cook till done. Great on the grill.
Wam Bam Duck: Duck breast or whole Duck, XXX sauce, salt and pepper. Marinade duck for at least 30 minutes or more. Sear in a fry-pan and finish cooking in oven @ 420F. Slice duck and finish with XXX sauce on top.
Wild Alaskan Salmon : Wild Alaskan Salmon- ¾ pound per person, light coating of XXX sauce, salt and pepper. Sear off salmon in a fry pan until nice and caramelized.
XXX Veggie and Starches: Add XXX to Cous Cous, Wild Rice, in Pasta, Potatoes and Fries. Great with Veggie Stir-Fry!

Chipotle Beef Dumplings. Fry Up: Onions, Green Peppers, Garlic, Ginger
Powder, Salt & Pepper (Bread Crumbs to soak up any grease) – Add Chocolate
Chipotle’ Sauce (To Taste): Teaspoon of mixture in pre-made Wonton Wrappers
and lightly fry. These Taste Awesome…hot or cold! I’ve made
these with both Venison or Ground Beef. Eric

Pork Chile Verde. Chop 2# pork in to cubes. Coat them with seasoned flour (salt, black pepper, Chile flakes, Chile powder). Heat a sauce pot with a little oil then sear off pork. Once pork has a nice brown color, remove and set aside. Clean pot. Add some more oil(2T)and heat to med-high. Chop 2 onions, 1.5 # okra, 1#fresh green chilies (green pepper will do) 4T chopped garlic. Sauté the above off until onions look translucent. (Okra may look sticky, don't worry) Add 2 cups H20 and 1/2 bottle of Hempin' Jalapeno X, 1 can drained Light Red Kidney Beans and pork. Simmer until thick. 30 minutes. Serve over rice. Top with a little Peach Ginger Habanero to kick up the heat & flavor.
Chip Dip. Use in place of everyday salsa. Try it on Organic Blue Corn Chips.
Grilled Tortilla. Place VT cheddar cheese between two soft tortillas along with a generous portion of Hempin' Jalapeno. Add tomatoes and onions if desired. Place on a hot pan with a little butter or oil and fryer up. Try grilling it also. Serve as a party snack or appetizer.
Hempin Mayo. Add a tsp. of sauce to about a Tablespoon in mayo or nayo. Mix together and slather on to your sandwich.
Hempin Salmon. Generously coat your filet or salmon steak with Hempin Jalapeno, and them set aside for at least 15 minuets. Slice and wash 2 cups of leeks. Pan sear the salmon until done to desired temp. Take salmon out of pan and set aside. Deglaze pan with a cup of white wine (Dry) and 3 Tablespoons of Hempin Jalapeno. Toss in the leeks and cook them until they are soft. Top the salmon with the leek sauce on the plate. Enjoy. Suggest serving with wild rice.
Tattoo'ed Sam's Hempin' Eggs. Over easy eggs with toast and a generous portion of Hempin' Jalapeno over the top.
Hempin Veggies. Steam, sauté, broil or grill. Marinade or baste your favorite vegetables and add this sauce. More you add the more flavor and fire you get.
Yard Bird BBQ: Yard Bird-1# per person, generous coating of X sauce, and let marinade. Grill, Bake or Fry it until done.
Crazy Popcorn:
Mix 4 T melted butter, 2 t
CARROT CAYENNE HOT SAUCE, 1 T
NUTRITIONAL YEAST, heat up in a saucepan. Pour over your bowl of popcorn.

Walnuts
Use for: salads!, late night snacking, garnish, etc:
2 T olive oil, 3 cloves garlic chopped, cook together. Add 1 1/14 cup chopped
walnuts and CARROT CAYENNE HOT SAUCE as desired. (At
least 2t recommended). Add tamari to give it some salt. Sprinkle 1
TBS of
nutritional yeast, stir in and add one more T nutritional yeast; gives it a

Sunset Cafe's Bloody Marry. Add Celery Salt: 6 shakes, Black Pepper: 12 shakes, Franks Xtra Hot: 1/2 oz, Carrot Cayenne: 1oz, Worchester: 3 dashes, Lemon wedge: Squeeze, Horseradish:1 TBL spoon, Add Vodka: 2.5 oz Tomato Juice and shake. Recipe provided by Chris, Bar manager.
Carrot Cayenne Potato Salad. Great for the summer BBQ feast! Combine the following in a bowl. Serving: 2. 4 Red Potatoes Boiled, cooled, chopped. 1cup chopped celery, 3/4 cup diced red onion, 3 Tablespoons Carrot Cayenne, 1 T of mayo, Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder to taste. Mix well and enjoy.
Glazed Pork Loin. 8oz pork loin slathered with Carrot Cayenne on both sides. Place meat on a flat sheet pan and cook under the broiler till done. The Carrot Cayenne will provide a sweet earthy flavor with a hint of heat. ENJOY!!
Simply good salad dressing. What it is. Good dressing on all salads. As are all VPW hot sauces.
St. John fired King Fish. A marinade for any meaty fish like Mackerel, King Fish, Mahi, Marlin, or pretty much any fish good for the grill. Per Steak or Fillet take 1/2 cup Spanish onion small diced, teaspoon of fresh lime juice(1/4 lime), 1 clove crushed garlic, and 1/4 cup Carrot Cayenne Pepper Sauce, combine together to marinade the fish. Let sit for at least 30 minuets. GRILLER UP!!
Krissy Keady's favorite meal to make with the carrot cayenne sauce. Cook up some jasmine rice, [or plain white or brown] throw in some pepper jack cheese, load up on some hot peppers, toss in black beans, add your veggies of choice ie corn, tomatoes, peppers, zucchini and last but not least the kick ass VPW sauce and Voila! a meal made in heaven!
Cold Weather Soup. When it's cold out, or your feeling low, put Carrot Cayenne in your soup. It will bring you that warm uplifting feeling. Suggestions: tomato, chicken noodle, minestrone, even lentil soup. Try Peach ginger with the following too. The ancient healing properties of the peppers will help out. If you try this with a soup that is not listed, let me know.
Fiery Fish Feast: Marinade your fresh catch 5 minutes with Cayenne sauce! Pan fry or Grill. Try on Fried
CC Pheasant: Marinade for at least a day. Bake it off for a caramelized fiery carrot Pheasant. Top w/ a touch of Carrot Cayenne to finish.
Bill's Cauliflower/Spinach Ancho: Roughly chopped 3 onions and 4 slices of bacon, fried the bacon until there was enough rendered fat to add the onions. I sautéed the onions and bacon until the onions yellowed and separately mixed in ¼ cup Vermont Pepper Works Rancho Ancho sauce, two tablespoons of water, one medium head of cauliflower (separated into florets and washed) and one thawed package of frozen chopped spinach (water squeezed out). I cover the pan and braised for 10 minutes. Wunderbar!
World’s Best Grillin’ Sauce: Bison steaks, Antelope ribs, Quail, you name it, Ancho is going to do your dish justice! Marinade, Grill, finish w/ Rancho Ancho.
Vegan Delight. Thinly slice firm Tofu or Tempeh in to 1 inch thick strips. Marinade with Rancho Ancho for 2-3 hours or less if your in a rush. Grill or Sauté' off and add to Fresh Pasta and veggies, Rice, Stir-Fry. Don't forget to use Rancho Ancho as the mother sauce for the rest of the dish! More Details, Contact Me!!
Vermont Burger. Lightly brush a generous portion of Rancho Ancho on ground beef, turkey or veggie burger and set aside for a few minuets. Grill away!!! Add a slice of Vermont sharp cheddar cheese. Place the usual fixins like lettuce, tomatoes, or even try sprouts, cucumber, onions, or pickles.
Dan's Sizzling' Salmon. Marinade your favorite cut of Salmon with the love of Rancho Ancho and either bake or grill it off. Holly cow!!! BAM!!
Portabella Love. This is a great 10 minuet marinade for portabella mushrooms. Grill, or sauté them up, and place on a sandwich, with veggies as an entree, or over pasta. Don't forget to warm some extra Rancho Ancho as the sauce over pasta or rice.
Wood-smoked Ancho Chicken. If you have access to a wood burning stove, your in luck! Marinade your bone-in chicken breast in Rancho Ancho. Let sit as long as possible, but if your in a rush that's ok. Take out your old cast iron pan and place the chicken in it. Make sure your wood stove has plenty of hot coals and a little un-burnt wood. Put the chicken in to the wood stove and close the flute (creating smoke). Depending on the temp of the stove determines the time to cook. Use protection pulling the pan out to check the chicken. This recipe is outstanding! Your chicken will have that mildly spicy heat with the complex flavors of Rancho Ancho, while a strong smoky presents is blending all the flavors together. Make sure your using only hardwood in your stove. Serve with Rancho Black Beans. (This recipe can be prepared in the oven or on the grill.)
Rancho Black Beans. Medium dice one Spanish onion, two cups of green Chile peppers (sweet or hot) and one clove garlic. Place all in a pot with a little oil. Cook them until translucent. Add a can of Black Beans or 2cups fresh Black Beans, and 1/4 cup Rancho Ancho. Cook slowly until it's warm. Top with grated cheddar. Serve with Hempin' Eggs, Wood Smoked Ancho Chicken, with Chips or as a starch with your favorite meal. Enjoy.
Kickin’ Venison. Venison meat, onions, green peppers, hot Chiles and Rancho Ancho. Marinade all together and pan sear.
Ancho Chilly. Black beans, onions, tomatoes, peppers, meat of your choice, and Rancho Ancho. Sear the meat, add the veggies and beans. Simmer with some Rancho Ancho. Enjoy.
