I just wanted to tell you that all of your sauces greatly improve my quality of life. As a college student, it can be hard to find the flavor I need in the bland college schlep that they serve in our "Dining Hall." Your sauce can turn even the most lackluster dish into a fireball of flavor. Keep up the great work, I hope to see some new sauces!

I’ve gotta tell you, the Peach Ginger Habanero is one of the most flavorful hot sauces I have ever come across. I bought 3 bottles from you 2 summers ago at Coventry , and am finally in need of more. For my fellow sauce aficionados, another one to try is Matouks. It’s a great Scotch Bonnet and Papaya sauce from the West Indies . Take Care and keep up the good work!!! …Robert

I was in Stowe last June and I met the guy who makes this awesome hot sauce at a fair and I loved this hot sauce.....I collect hot sauces from all over but rarely do I get another bottle of it unless it is off the hook.....this stuff is "on the one"!!!!! - David

Just have to tell you. The kids are munching down on Rancho Ancho! They dig it and a half. This is one of those double wins. Rancho Ancho has the depth and complexity of flavor my wife and I want and our kids LOVE IT! Thanks to Vermont Pepper Works, my family and I are experiencing new food highs. Heather and I have always valued a menu offering varied epicurean pleasures, understanding that over-indulgence in any particular pleasure (epicurean or otherwise) leads to diminishing returns, both in fulfillment and nutrition.

It’s hard to express the value of experiences that expand your horizons and the horizons of those you feed and care for. It means we can broaden our pleasure in a taste direction hitherto unexploited. We have gained an appreciation of the rich depth and blissful sweet roastyness of Ancho chilies. I bought a bottle of the Peach Ginger when you were in Farmington, CT for a show and my girlfriend absolutely loves it. So this is going to be part of her birthday present.

I have never liked hot sauce..........Until I bought a bottle of Rancho Ancho (rated PG 13) from Vermont Pepper Works, now I use it on almost everything. The next time I ran into Vermont Pepper Works I got hooked Chocolate Chipotle (rated XX.) My taste must be improving, I cant wait to see what I can try next. Happy Customer, John Wagner, Halladays. I'm so very excited today to find your Peach-Ginger Habanero Pepper Sauce. It's yummy! The very best part is that the sodium content is so low. I was recently introduced to your product at a Phish festival by a close a friend of mine. I told him how I loved saturating my food with Franks Original Hot Sauce. Hi, I'm just writing to tell you how much I love your work! I've only discovered the stuff recently, but for someone who eats hot sauce with practically everything, this stuff is irreplaceable. I'm hooked on the peach-ginger Habanero sauce, but keep the other flavors around too for snacks and less-adventurous guests. Your product is unique, delicious and it makes me feel great! Please alert me if you ever decide to stop making this stuff. I will have to buy a truckload or forever lament the greatest hot sauces ever made.

I went to a craft fair at the world trade center in Boston this past fall and I bought the Rancho Ancho sauce for my husband and we loved it. So I figured this would make a good stocking stuffer for my husband for Christmas. We are very big on trying to support "local" companies and are pleased that we have stumbled into your great product. Thanks for the quality.

Here is this guy when we walk in....wearing a red pepper shirt! Who the heck is this! We walk around a bit, come back to his booth/display....He says, "Hey, How are you!?, Try this...." I try the Peach/Ginger XXX....It's pretty good...in fact, it's damn good!! I can actually taste the ginger/peach, sure it's hot, but it has taste, then the guy says, "I designed the label, the sauce is made with lemongrass, ginger, peach..." I assume this was Jeff? What a great sauce! We went with my Mom and Dad and he bought the Rancho Ancho Sauce. Just wanted to let you know we really enjoy your product!
